There are families who may require an experienced staff to deal mainly with family cooking. The staff will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food for the household as well as for their guests.
The Family Cook’s responsibilities may include:
Shopping for or order food and kitchen supplies, planning menus, preparing meals for the family and possibly for other household staff, peeling, washing, trimming, and cooking vegetables and meats, serving meals and snacks to the family and their guests, planning and preparing food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events, stocking, organizing, and cleaning kitchens and cooking utensils.
